First mention of the Celestials when Ikaris reveals that the Celestials created three species from a common ancestor - the Deviants, the Humans and the Eternals. ETERNALS 2 - CGC 9.4 - 1st appearance of the Celestials (Team). 1st appearance of Arishem the Judge. Ikaris awakens the Eternal, Ajak, to prepare for the coming of the Celestials.

ETERNALS 3 - CGC 9.4 - 1st appearance of Sersi. Ikaris asks Sersi to care for Margo while he goes off to battle the Deviants. Arishem begins judgment over humanity over the next fifty years. Kro is punished by Brother Tode for his failure to prevent Ikaris from activating the Cosmic Beacon that summoned the Celestials.

Kro takes on the image of the Devil and leads a massive assault against the American city of Manhattan, setting the entire city ablaze. ETERNALS 4 - CGC 9.4 - Ikaris flies over Manhattan and begins fighting Kro's Deviant armies. Ikaris is defeated by Kro's soldiers. Ajak eventually comes to his rescue.

While Sersi tells Margo of the time that she worked alongside Merlin at the court of King Arthur, a group of Deviants burst in and attack. Sersi uses her powers to turn them into lizards.

ETERNALS 5 - CGC 9.4 - 1st appearance of Domo. Sersi uses her magic mirror to tell Makkari about the Deviant attack on New York. Makkari in turn tells the prime Eternal, Zuras.

Zuras is enraged and sends his daughter, Thena, along with Makkari to lend assistance. ETERNALS 6 - CGC 9.4 - Thena and Makkari battle the Deviants where they face off against Kro. Kro proposes a truce and Thena accepts. Sends out a team of survey researchers where the Celestial known as Gammenon suddenly kills the 3 men.

Inside the capsule are the atoms of the three dead S. Ajak reassembles the men's atoms and tells them about the history and purpose of the Celestial Host. One of the men throw a grenade and for punishment a Celestial once again reduces the agents to atoms and places them inside the capsule. ETERNALS 8 - CGC 9.4 - 1st appearance of Karkas. Kro attempts to rekindle his love for Thena and takes her to Lemuria, home of the Deviants. Thena and Kro are the guests of the Deviant leader Tode for the purification ritual: a combat to the death between Karkas and the Reject. ETERNALS 9 - CGC 9.4 - 1st appearance of Sprite. Ikaris, Makarri, and Margo return to Olympia and are greeted by Sprite. The Celestials start making their presence known around the world. Thena witnesses a duel between the Reject and Karkas which gets out of hand. The Celestial Eson attacks Lemuria. ETERNALS 10 - CGC 9.4 - Eson ravages Lemuria and leaves as mysteriously as he appeared. Thena abandons Kro and leaves Lemuria with Karkas and Reject. ETERNALS 11 - CGC 9.4 - 1st appearance of Druig. 1st appearance of Kingo Sunen.

Zuras summons all the Eternals to Olympia. The Russian military attacks a Celestial and are taught a lesson in strength. ETERNALS 12 - CGC 9.4 - 1st appearance of the Uni-Mind. She joins the rest of the Eternals as they merge together, under Zuras' direction, to form a collective entity known as the Uni-Mind. The Uni-Mind travels into the Earth's orbit and studies the Celestials.
ETERNALS 13 - CGC 9.4 - 1st appearance of Gilgamesh the Forgotten One. Sprite seeks out the Forgotten One to stop a missle sent by the Deviants to destroy the Celestials.
