All sets are COMPLETELY complete, with nothing missing. The collection has been stored meticulously in acid free tissue and nothing has any odor of any kind. Included with the listed items are 2 miscellaneous outfits and 12 heads from some of the Barbie dolls that I took the clothes off of, because the dolls were cheaply made, but the hair styles looked nice under some of the different hats included with the outfits.
