Mtg Value Lot No Filler, All $, Revised Duals, Modern Legacy Commander Staples

This is my latest'all killer, no filler' lot. Pics show all the cards, but it's hard to see every card in pictures, so there's also a link to the list on Deckbox below so that you can the whole collection, conditions and values. I have come to the realization that my days of playing MTG regularly and/or at a competitive level are largely behind me.
With a new mortgage and other expenses, it's time to begin the process of whittling down the collection and getting my cards into the hands of players and collectors that will get more joy out of them than I currently do. Now the cull of my actual collection begins.
You may want to save me if things like the blue revised duals (some in immaculate condition) and other legacy staples interest you, because I'm going to start pushing those out as their own auctions as well... Though it hurts my heart a little.
At the same time, these are all valuable cards--this is not one of those listings counting 20,000 bulk commons and uncommons towards the value. Since this is all valuable stuff and mostly in alphabetical order (I pulled some value for the first pic or two), I've done most of the sorting work for you. I'd expect to pay towards the top of the range I gave. However, since some of the value is alpha/beta commons and uncommons, which require a type of collector that may not walk into your average card shop or flip through your trade binder regularly, I adjusted my expectation back down for that. I think it's a really good mix of playables across all of the non-rotating formats plus some stuff that's not particularly playable, but highly collectible i. Things from Alpha & Beta and some cards from the first few expansions. That the'star' by each card on Deckbox indicates condition. While a majority are in NM condition or close to it, many of the older cards are somewhere in the played spectrum, from light to heavy (believe it or not, there was a time when no one used sleeves).
So, just to point out the most obvious example, the City of Brass is heavily played. It should be considered towards the bottom of its estimated value, which is still substantial given how rare they are. On the flip side, the.
