Fabulous'29 Waterman Patrician, Rare Bhr Model, Rose-gold Trim, Mint In All Ways

This is an amazing 1929 Waterman's Patrician fountain pen. The pen appears as new. This Patrician is the early, rare Black Hard Rubber (BHR).

Is from my collection of 35+ years. It is UNIFORMLY DARK BLACK (EVERYWHERE - not just under the cap like all the rest). Rare for BHR (as experienced collectors know). There are NO cracks, personalizations or flaws (hidden or otherwise) on the pen. (including the lever) on this Canadian made Patrician.

The gold-filled (GF) trim has a rose-gold hue and shows NO SIGNS OF WEAR. Barrel, cap, feed and nib - are CRISP, DEEP and CLEAR (highlighted in white chalk, see photos). Has ample and perfect iridium (see pics) and writes softly and like a dream. The crisp, gold-filled Waterman's "GLOBE" affixed to the bottom of the barrel (see pic) is MINT.

The cap screws on a full 1 & 1/2 turns perfectly. The pen is in fully-working condition. This Patrician is for the collector who wants the best example there is. So, if it doesn't sell, that's fine. I'll keep it or take it to L.

But since I have this listing up for. 8 days, I'll let it run till then. This " top-of-the-line" Patrician would make an incredible gift for yourself, friend or loved one.
