In 1997 Cardass Masters produced a very limited print run of 500 total Gold FFVII Cards to be distributed in a lottery to fans who mailed in to receive a chance to win one of the sets! Reports say that only 250 were ever dispatched by cardass masters and fewer still were collected and kept. This is without doubt the rarest FInal Fantasy cards in its history as a game and as a TCG.
