Mercury Dime Collection 1960 Whitman Album all mints & 1916-D & 1942/41 overdate. The binding is coming apart as pictured and may have gotten damp in the past. The plastic slides seem too small and if not inserted just right have gaps.
Many of the coins have a neat golden bronze toning. Includes 1916-D and 1942-P over 1941 over date. Some nice coins ranging from good and up. I guarantee these are all authentic dimes.
This is an old collection and as with any old collection some coins may have been cleaned in the past. The 1916-D has been polished at one time but it is still a good example of a circulated, very rare coin. The 1942-P over 1941 over date is in about extra fine condition with all bands visible and full complete rims. The rest of the album is a mix of about good to about uncirculated some may even be uncirculated. The 1944 pictured is just exceptionally pretty so I highlighted it.
Many more are very pretty with the unique toning. They may need a new album and some TLC for best preservation. Includes 1916-D in AG and 1942-P over 1941 overdate VF and both 1921 dimes. A really Nice 1916-P about Uncirculated 1918-D about Uncirculated 1920-D about Uncirculated 1920-S vf-xf 1929vf and some more nicer coins in the newer years.
