This large lot of ornaments look to be all new in box form the ones I checked. There are a bunch of different brands in here but most of it is Hallmark, Carlton, or heritage. There are various sizes and most if not all looks to be from the 90's early 2000's. There are a ton of Disney and various pop culture ornaments in here such as Winnie the Pooh, gone with the wind... Some boxes have some wear but there is no major damage really on majority of them or any of the ornaments. There are also no homemade ones I saw.   

Pages are in great shape, small tear in top left of binder (see in picture). - - - - - - - - -. "It's more than a business, it's a passion". Any coins that are not professionally graded that we mention a condition for is our own opinion. This is subjective so please look carefully at the pictures for details. Made in Japan, these multicolored figurines depict various Disney characters and are perfect for any room in your home. The set includes the following characters: The Beast, Genie, Ariel, Ursula, Sebastian, Mickey Mouse as the Sorcerer's Apprentice, Jessica Rabbit, Roger Rabbit, Pinocchio, Jiminy Cricket, Peter Pan, Dumbo and Scar. They range in size from approximately 6 3/4" (Genie) to approximately 3" (Jiminy Cricket).
