The arms of the bad brother figure was shaved down to allow it to move but it doesn't lock in place. The body is semi complete. Missing neck and wrist joints. Notaman is complete but doesn't have extra accessories and Green Lantern is complete and barely ever used. Please look at the 2 photos, that is all there is. If you dont see it its not included. Lot Of 18 Vintage 1997, 1999 Berta Hummel "Goebel" Children Miniature Figurines. These are all in excellent condition, EXCEPT for the "Letter to Santa" figurine.
