The arms of the bad brother figure was shaved down to allow it to move but it doesn't lock in place. The body is semi complete. Missing neck and wrist joints. Notaman is complete but doesn't have extra accessories and Green Lantern is complete and barely ever used. Please look at the 2 photos, that is all there is. If you dont see it its not included. Im known to throw in free stuff so take a chance.

This is a decent size lot of figures in various stages of play. There are 30 plus characters with a variety of parts and pieces.
